I assumed that this was Baker Steel dumping the rest of its stock following this shameful outcome, but fingers crossed is something more positive. Will have to wait a few days to see whether was a single buyer or not.

The thing about CHZ's announcement re the deal is that it doesn't have much positive spin on (i.e. Directors are pleased to advise blah blah). Is as if, CHZ reluctantly entered into the arrangement, which begs the question why? Is there another bidder potentially out there that they are trying to flush out, or do the Director truly feel that while it isn't the best deal $40m cash can go a long way in the current market?
