I can't agree with these views: 1. The business opportunity...

I can't agree with these views:

1. The business opportunity didn't "drop into the Solomon Bros laps". It was the result of an excellent idea and years of research. They made it happen.
2. The Solomon's are not "struggling" at all. They seem to have planned brillaintly and executed it to perfection.
3. "Someone will have a crack at Eden".
How? The share holdings make any takeover impossible unless the Solomon's or their family and associates give permission. I previously wondered if the Solomon's might try to take the company private, but as time goes by I think it less and less likely. Someone could make an offer, but IMHO the Solomon's are starting to look like empire builders. They look to me like they are going to be here for the long run. I think they are very confident in what they've got. I am too.
