The other thing to take into account here is that in some cases they need to exercise options so the company can have the funds to pay their salaries, fees and charges. remember that they are getting paid by more than just EDE and TAS. They are doing OK
Note that according to company records that there in no director holding 20% or more of the company. I suggest there is also another motive, that the directors combined are making sure they control more than 50% of the shareholding.
