As we just discuss today where is the money for them to return production (or ensure the company can exist based on its poor cash position), here comes the capital raising.

If they can source money from the Chinese and/or other sophiscated investor/institution, that's great. The dilution is not ideal, but nothing is more important than surviving.

If they ask share holders for money again, it will be very very bad.
