I feel your pain about selling out only to see a stock rocket up days later. I think PEX has a great resource and will become a solid miner at some point. Given the lack of progress and the lack of cash I think the management should be actively looking for JV partners. I would prefer a $2 stock sooner than the promise of a $4 stock price down the track if they go it alone.
