no question the recent issue of options, essentially by the directors to the directors (and a few hangers on) was a real shocker....nothing but unadulterated greed.
I was amused listening to the Chairman, Quinert?, explain the reasoning ..... well lots of small companies do it! (so???!!!)
Sad part is there's no chance in hell the votes of small shareholders ever holds any sway.....
Certainlt has left a very bitter taste in my mouth too.
