I'm hoji by the way.
Jason is the one working hard sending letters to everyone stop this.
This company is never going to thrive. Leave that to all the other 3d printing companies that actually do something.
For the same reason's why you wouldn't hire a painter to do surgery on you or get a justin bieber to do your taxes.
When the CEO and the other 2 directors decided to try and hi jack the company by trying to force the designer of the technology that was the firm basis of the company, into selling his shares.
This was a mistake that puts the directors in an awkward situation of trying to sell something that Jason could give away or sell himself one day after a court ruling.
The honorable thing to do is to get a ruling on it before you go selling a risk to people.
At the moment they are selling something that is not theirs.
Shareholders deserve to know that.
An accountant is probably a poor choice for a hands on manufacturing position.
While we are on that subject.
Why is it there there is not one picture of a 3d print or machine since VA that THEY did themselves without Jason's help? A lot of time has gone past with nothing to show for it.
Not much can be done about the existing shareholders as far as how much of this company's money will needed for legal challenges, but we should at the very least, not hide info so that new investors can make a decisions based in the facts. Not hearsay or online gossip. But the facts and the documents that support them.
I think it is very telling that the directors in question, will only tell individuals what happened or at least their version of what happened.
Don't you think it's a little strange why they are unwilling to make a public statement that everyone can read?
Even if this places additional risk to raising the 3.5 mil under the prospectus offer?
Could it be that Jason could then use any statement from the directors as the basis of legal action if they don't tell the truth?
They can't talk about the finances of the company and the reason they had to place the company into VA.
They can't tell you why they thought only one shareholders should sell his shares because the company supposedly had money problems.
They can't talk about why they wouldn't provide Jason any financial details of the company for almost one year and only provided them to Jason's lawyer on the day before VA.
They can't talk about why they thought the financial problems of the company was all Jason's fault even though Jason had no control or access to any of the company's money.
They can't tell you why it was a good idea to get rid of the one person that put the company in the spotlight enough to sell all of the shares pre va.
They can't tell you why they were going to pay 10 months rent, power, phone and all other bills for the company in october 2014 but then rejected the claim and still told every shareholder that the creditors trust and DOCA was paying all creditors 100 cents in the dollar. Note, after ASIC got on them for saying that, they then changed it to say "all approved creditors". These claims as a creditor that Jason had, were admitted as genuine by the administrator.
You know the shareholders have already paid considerable amounts of money to lawyers dealing with this and you still get treated like mushrooms.
It's all well and good for you to ring up and get an explanation from someone over the phone, but you really deserve something more concrete than that. You need a statement in writing. one that you can use if you need to.
To anyone that has called them on the phone and was given a story, because you haven't got that in writing, it is worthless.
If there was no problem they should make a public statement.
