Now which is it. Have they now changed their story?
How can you change history?

Read the letter that CLEARLY says they wanted to buy Jason's shares. How do you explain that?
Read the comments from staff saying that Jason has a good direction and the other directors didn't know what they were doing.
How would you go to explain The money situation? Conidi and Pertile were in charge of that.
John Conidi and Frank Pertile claimed that JASON must sell his shares because the company had money issues. They could've done the take over then back in october 2014 but they wanted more of the company for themselves. So they used VA to HI JACK the company.

Conidi then created 333d a phoenix company to continue without paying most of the bills.
Didn't pay rent, power, phone, bin hire, accrued employee entitlements and in the process he took Jason's shares in an illegal manner. Abandoned the company's assets at the factory.

It's all there in black and white.

Jason has published the proof as to what happened. There other side are still trying hard to come up with the best excuse.
What they told you geko does not align with what Dejan said on line at the bottom of that story. Nor does it with the first hard to believe story they used.

I'm now going to ask Jason to release some of the other evidence that he's sitting on to convince you that whoever it is you have talked to had told you untruths.

You and the other shareholders deserve the truth and nothing but the truth.
