sorry the point with respect to the oversupply of electricity in Sulawesi is that the nickel project needs to come on stream, or more importantly the LNG needs to come on stream as the eLNG solution draws electricity from the grid to power the compressors.
If the LNG project doesn't come online, then the electricity is not needed and the gas is not needed.
The effect of the over capacity in generation is revealed in the 2013 accounts.
