Probably but most are holding this company for the the bluesky potential when JR drags a new project into it. Nicely cashed up, it's only a matter of time, maybe Mercantile have the same idea.
Fair value, lol, I'm sure management will probably respond to the t/o offer putting a value 10cent/share+ but no one going to pay that atm. As this offer if on market if you accept you sell and if they raise the offer later you don't get the extra like a off market offer. Another bidder, maybe JR would probably still be buying at 2.0cents if he hadn't hit 20%.
