Should Mr.David Simmons remain the Chairmen of Codan?

Is this the same David Simmons who was a board member of Gunns and Hills? YES!!

We all know what happened to Gunns. Have you seen Hills stock price the past 10 years?
Should Mr.Simmons, by law or Codan have to disclose the he was involved in one of the worst losses of shareholder value in Australian history?
I don't see it in his current bio nor was this mentioned when he was brought on. Why?

(Ok...my bad for not seeing before I invested but, do I really have to investigate every board members history before I invest in an ASX company? Would you or I have invested if we knew this? )

Who at Codan hired him and why?
Again...why isn't his Gunns info in his bio? He was there almost 4 years and on the board when everything bad was happening.
He's a destroyer of shareholder value.

Re-reading his address at the AGM...I personally wonder about his competence to be in charge of the board or be a board member himself.
Did you read the things he said? Who was that investor he spoke too? Would any investor really say that?
I'd like someone from ISIC to ask his that. Is he making the same kind of decisions that he made at Gunns?

Mr.Simmons ONLY owns 61,000 shares yet...makes $116,000 in salary.

This answers allot of questions about the Codan stock price and his governance of the management team and where Capex is being spent.
He simply doesn't know how to do his job, has no experience in SUCCESSFUL capital management. Codan might become the next Gunns if he stay as Chairman.

I'm now contacting the ASA. This is now legally serious and questions need to be asked.

My follow shareholders...can I ask you speak up...contact Codan investor relations and management...ask these question. Ask them what they are doing about the share price and communicating with shareholders. Do we really have to wait 5 more months for news?
