I would be careful placing stop loss orders on this stock as we have seen a previous hunt to set off stop losses result in a 'flash crash' back in April, where XTD opened at 23c, traded to 24c, then fell to 15c and closed back at 23c. stop losses were triggered that day and the result was not good for those who had them.
But by all means sell the stock if you are uncomfortable with holding it.
