Major shareholders not wanting to sell at current price is not a surprise but comforting for those following GIR.

Possibility of a Private Placement instead to the UK buyer at say $1.90 to $2.00 - raise $35m in cash which would come in handy.

It will be interesting to see if this information (assuming its true) inter-relates with the information released by HAO concerning a proposal for the acquisition of GIR's and HAO's Mt Webber/Dalton's venture.

Also interesting to see if GIR discloses anything to market next week.
