Atlas Iron (AGO) in a trading halt pending announcement re material transaction.
Likely to be regarding the potential bid by NMDC Ltd, ABS Consulting and Boulder Steel Ltd of $230m bid for a 70% stake in Atlas' Ridley Project (Source: Bloomberg and Economic Times).
Seems like there are a number of parties snooping around the Pilbara at the moment. It looks as though HAO has eluded to another bid relating to GIR's and HAO's Dalton's JV.
Will be interesting to see some further clarification from HAO tomorrow morning.
