I think the company's businesses are not as solid as they appear. For one, if you add back the "rebates" they get from their developers they are barely break even. The rebates may or may not be bonafide earnings but there's just so little information from the company about them you can't tell. On another message board there was someone who attended Eddy Groves' investor presentation and apparently when asked by analysts to give some guidance on earnings he could not even do that. There's something very amiss here.
