Anyone know what the effective issue price of shares was to the main creditors / bondholders in the debt to equity conversion as part of the re-cap?

ie:

Page 1 of announcement 'Implementation of the Recapitalisation' 1/9/17 states:

Then the associated announcement detailing the issue of shares above also on 1/9/17 'Appendix 3B - Issue of Shares on Completion' states;

I assume there must be an 'effective issue price' for the allocation of shares to creditors.  I'm wondering at what share price these creditors will be 'in the black'.
