This is Tuesday morning , 18 Sept. I notice that there have been two trades: for a total of $28. But it has been enough to drive the price down another point one of a cent. Is this evidence of some sort of attempted ongoing market manipulation ? I can't think of any other explanation, but I would be grateful for the views of other members of HC.
