    Some employee reviews indicate poor management such as this one from https://au.indeed.com

    I know that many reviews will scream poor management from an incorrect or uneducated perception, however BLY's had lots of board changes recently which is not a good sign.   BLY needs good management now dedicated to turning the ship.  No more free loaders.
