Who and why would anyone keep it in a low trading range?
Our only major holder EIG, and there current holding wold be diluted by anyone else involved in the capital raise.
I dont think Senex is likely to get Ironbark and therefore no likely capital raise on the horizon/ever.
Shorts will be wiped out, page-47
