he's the scapegoat. he got paid out 12 months so no gross misconduct. sh*t is hitting the fan everywhere. we going through a 'restructure' and our admin person is being forced out as they are cutting non productive first. think they just want to put scares up everyone and can mess with someones life just to do this. pick on the easy ones first, instead of the c*nts who should be looked at. f*ck 'em.
