It really depends on why he resigned. There's no accompanying statement about a deterioration in projected earnings. But the market doesn't believe there's nothing to it...the shares fell off a cliff. You would hope that they would be required to issue a clarifying statement re earnings expectations or be suspended from trade until they do clarify. As it is trading is not being done on an informed basis.
