Still, You would have thought that an offer of 3.87 should give the market a fair indication of percieved value. It has been a good two days. First Macarthur coal gets an offer at $13, and is now trading at $14. LGL gets an offer at $3.87, lets hope is decides it will trade at apremium today on hoope of a raised offer. hmmmm..... just remembering back to when FKP rejected an offer of Lendlease and what has since happened to their share price. oh well, cant win them all.Lets hope that doesn't happen here.
good luck all
I hold NCM and LGL and m trying to come to grips with the fact that i may be buying shares from myself or offering myself a premium to buy my own shares. I hope that this somehow forms a win-win situation, not a win-lose. IS anyone else out there in the same boat and have any thoughts on this?
