I don't hold but have previously. A friend gave me a heads up recently about the falling SP. I thought you'd find this chart interesting which shows that shorts are steadily increasing their positions in TFC (blue line). They have been doing so for some time and this is putting pressure on the SP.

Whether they are correct or not won't be known for some time but if you're buying now you're not only up against legitimate investors selling positions but also shorters too:
