Nothing is going to be finished, IMHO. But no matter what, with no contracts, the power plant can not recover the cost of the LNG (power prices in WESM are below the variable fuel cost most of the time), so financially EWC will be worse off actually operating the plant. Absent contracts, there is zero chance of fully recovering investments. Equity is getting wiped out on this one, sorry all. Just my opinion of course.
