OS fins and investors will and are doing it so as well... they know the Australia housing bubble story and the size of our economy..... it will be epic and sad at the same time..... well, one never learns from history... and OZ land household debt are the highest on the western world... what a joke.... everyone wants everything now... and are blind as Freddie believing on the government that is inflating this even more and getting the developers tell the sheep they will miss the train... LMAO..... amazing times we are living.... when the hairdresser is an expert in real estate... lol

Now, back to your question.... it will depend on OS economy..... US, EU, ASIA..... if they start tanking... you know the drill

Check the FRED website and look at the leverage and the deleveraging that is already starting.... this will come with a bang overnight without anyone realize IMHO.....
