Rising interest rates in USA, especially if US companies equities plateau or climb will mean pain for debt holders in Australia. Interest rates can't desync with USA. Savers will put cash under pillow if no term deposit inflation. Housing boom can then only be sustained by interest rate cuts! Not gonna happen, especially when corporate accounts are healthy.
