the other thing that has me concerned is the capital gains is totally abysmal when looking at the LT chart, for instance in 1993 we were $3.30, 25yrs later its only $3.80, a joke, the only thing going for it is the dividends.
in 2007 it got to about $8/share, that would have been a good time to get out.
