There are many factors..... and SGP is not alone.....
from retailers to developers to lenders....... one quick eg. HVN and they are not falling only on back of Amazon... oh no....... this is pure short as when the real estate cycle hits this retailers will suffer strongly on their earnings... no wonder HVN brings 50 months interest free for the suckers now every 2 weeks.....
SGP might have a lil breather but..... I can see more contracts coming up.... and I will get some more too before the next wave.....
