Growth in the business parks and retail are moderating (not shrinking)... while resi continues to fire al ALL cylinders... They have RECORD contracts on hand (different to the contracts you refer to ) with settlements over the next 12-18 months
I agree there are some macro headwinds such as Debit Ceiling and Fed reserve tightening which will impact values across all sectors (REITS, Infrastructure)
Don't think there are any structural issues with SGP in particular
