    There will be rebounds...... nothing goes up or down in a straight line right ?

    I do believe it will re-test lows of $4.03 of 17/11/2016 sometime within the next 3 to 18 months time.... and it might go even lower....

    There are many factors weighting my thoughts....... USA, CHINA, AUS economies..... the trio amigos...... China will be the ones popping our real estate bubble...... easyly..... IMHO....

    Did you read about Bank of America this week on mortgage ? LMAO arguing that down payment requirements should be slashed in half ? and the US household debt has surpassed 2008's highs at over $12 trillions now ? LMAO.....

    And did you read the recent tens of articles on China's hidden debt and problems ? some even calling China that will trigger the next GFC ?

    Plenty of real data out there.....

    The re-rate will be across the board... for this Housing Bubble.... from Harvey Norman that is already on full short selling... to developers, furniture busines, lenders, you name it..... hundreds of companies will be affected..... not to count our AUD dollar and economy....

    It's coming.... and they know it..... it's only a matter of time and the sheep will know it.....
