I'm not so sure about that.
Wait until the close of play tomorrow. Today was not decisive for or against ether trend.
If it is an up day tomorrow then the down trend is broken.
If it is a third day down then the close price has to be above 4.14 to confirm the uptrend is there but still in cycle.
Anything between 4 and 4.14 indicates the bear/bull fight is still on.
Anything less than 4 and the SP is in free fall
And this is all pure TA, fundamentals of their commercial property assets are still sound and will hold value (but most likely not appreciate drastically any time soon). Being so close to NTA is a book value buy.
That's my take on things.
