Good morning folks,
Market is up and financials too.... so what's wrong with SGP ?
Well, I tell you what is happening.... its a re-test of $4.18's once again....it might take a few goes for this one to break clean....
It will depend on how many "others" will come to play with more contracts.... This has to be the best developers play for the Australian Housing Bubble by far.... looking at market cap. portfolio, history, management and how much it is visible to be "shaved without break" when the bubble pops....
This is a non-brainer shorts.... IMHO
