shorting of ccc, page-12

There we go again two great posts from the two most negative posters on CCC.

Patting each other on the backs for great research and so on. Well done guys.

Did you really ever read my posts on the shorting? And they were moderated because of what you said KIWI.

I think you will actually find that I never said anyone was shorting the stock. What I said there are brokers that offer shorting on the stock using CFD's and if someone didnt have any shares they could actually put sell orders on using CFD's to make the share price look very heavy.

    That is a fact.

KIWI did you call every broker on the planet to find out if each of them offered CCC a short on a CFD?

    Probably not.

Why on earth would I want to tell you any information on how I know or the actual broker/s name?

My point is this and it happens time and time again not only with CCC but other stocks.

I have printed off the screen depth on CCC at the end of day for many many months and orders that are there one day at higher levels to sell are gone the next or a few days later. That is a fact.

    Scenario 1.

Someone has 2 million CCC shares and $200,000 in the bank and the share price is at 3.5c and they want to buy 1 million more CCC shares to trade.

They put their 2 million shares on to sell at various levels 200,000 to sell at 4.5c 500,000 to sell at 5.1c 800,000 to sell at 6c and so on. Therefore creating the illusion that there are lots of volume/sellers on the sell side. Causing concern to some shareholders. They then get on some of the forums and start making negative post about CCC

Some poor shareholders/daytraders get concerned with the amount of sellers and they then sell their shares to the guy sitting at 3.5c.

When the guy buys his 1 million shares all of a sudden he places more orders under that price with his $200,000 in cash to start to make the buy side look stronger and then he slowly takes off his sell orders normally overnight on the sell side.

Then he might buy a few more shares at 3.6c etc etc.

Then an announcement comes out and he sells the million back into the market and starts the process again.

You can also do this with CFD's but you actually dont need the shares to put sell orders on.

That is one scenario I think you get the picture.
