Shortfall does not matter, all underwritten, so no need to go back to SH.
As previously posted, expect ANN at end of April, hopefully indicating production and shipping at expected levels. Market is responding OK to the shortfall notice, and I expect some retracement of SP beyond 50+, watch volumes
