If I lived in Australia I would be phoning the Chairperson Alex Bajada who is the person who we should be asking the question of what's happening with the shortfall.
I'm a chairperson of a local government unit of over 100000 people and I get frequent calls. I note his phone number (08) 94292900 is on each news release.
He should be able to answer the question
