YR,
With a $0.02 dividend payable (goes ex div on Friday), the significant price pressure of late on the share price from shorters and the likely upside that will come from a change of Government in NSW this week end, MGR is a screaming buy.
MGR has a big land bank in NSW and the Liberal party will reduce purchase taxes which will stimulate prices in the market.
It's looking pretty good, especially taking into account a 6.7% yield (paid quarterly).
