Your right I may have got my interpretation wrong. As to last year its complicated. I held the shares through an AustSuper super account but after turning 60 I needed to move my cash from the super account and an existing allocated pension account into a new combined allocated pension account. Under the pension account I could use the members direct option to purchase shares (with no capital gains tax on trades)

I had to sell all the shares in the super account and then repurchased them in the pension account. To be honest I can't remember how whether TFC's drp paid me in dividends or shares. There was to much happening with all of my Austsuper accounts at the time.

It's an easy solution to wait to see if the DRP works this time. I may owe an apology to the management if everything goes through as expected.
