Yellowfin, on what rationale are you predicting this stock is about to head further south from todays level. Generally CST is tightly held by and relatively illiquid. Sentiment to the stock and volumes in the recent years or recent months do not indicate its the type of stock that sees any significant purchasing plays with margin loans.
I think that margin calls on the few less conservative holders other holdings may have forced some selling of CST stock to raise funds over the last 12 months months. This and general market sentiment are the main influence on CST's share price history which has seen its volatility between $2.60 and $1.80. I can't see it going any lower.
Fundamentally CST is good defensive stock with a great long term outlook.
