As i've said before you'd be very brave to short this one.
If you are short and it turns, watch out, this can put on 3 -5 % with less than 50,000 shares on offer. It's not very liquid. You may find it hard to cover in time.
Also the fact that you just never know if and when Hochtief might come in for an additional 15 - 25% and completely take LEI.
Not worth the risks in my opinion when there are so many other much more vulnerable stocks for good ol shorting!!
