They need to increase the size of the off market buy back as the free float is too large. Also why haven't they been buying back on market if they are willing to pay up to 53 cents. Management have added no shareholder value whatsoever. The range on the off market buy back is absurd and they limit the amount of shares. Doesn't take a genius to figure out why
