Sorry, did not notice that it was an hourly chart. On a daily, it is too short for a double top. But the gap, of 29 Oct 2018, has been closed and KGN does seem to be consolidating around around the 4.00 to 4.50 mark (at least on the daily) - no sign of C&H yet on the daily, but could be on the hourly as Sector says. We'll see.
