Yes it's not fair is it that we have to be boring to live longer. I started a thread about keto in the lifestyle thread so discuss there as it is off topic here (and @ChipLeigh ) thanks. It sounds like you are in Vietnam! I lived six years in China and Philippines but now have put a kid through school in Australia before I can resume travelling around Asia, and want to stay healthy so I can be selectively interesting later, if that makes sense.
