Green Growth Brands are just " trying one on", on the off chance it might succeed, which it won't. I believe it was an all stock offer. As an Aphria SH I bl--dy well don't want my APH holding converted to GGB who could be worthless within 12 months. APH already has had solid revenue, and is positioned to service the Canadian recreational market as probably the lowest cost producer. And they are in process of a large expansion of their hothouse growing area. The future for them is very positive, and I am staying with them for the ride.
