I don't have issues with computer screens but I use desktops and I position the screen as far back on the desk as I can so my face isn't up too close. My issue is my mobile. I noticed when I was playing games on that, I would have issues with my sight afterwards so I have removed all games and minimise my phone time. My tip is the same as @Eaglebird - balance indoor and outdoor activity. When the market is quiet, go for a walk (or ride or run) and look around. When you're at your desk, may sure you are looking away occasionally - eye exercises do help.
