Yes the housing market in WA has caught a few people out. Last 3 years have been the perfect storm.
GST, end of construction and debt hangover. Now the problem seems to be a mini credit squeeze due to Sydney, Melbourne bubble and royal commission. Talk of bottom reached and on improve but slow as.
