Week started well with 4 ‘green’ days only for the team to be hit with a sobering ‘red’ Friday.
Seem to be locked into a few ‘up grinders’ towards 1H reporting or further confirmation of model validation, that’s good.
Entered BTH @ 30, VTI & STI < 15, still hold LYC after entry on latest weakness, my ‘FIL’ stock , they have been active on market all through the sovereign risk scare, good outfit to follow around, FBR their only hiccup.
LON seems to be trading well below asset valuation to me, 1H pending could end in tears and balance sheet WD’s I guess, anyway will see what happens but no momentum in SP at all, am hoping that is a pattern I recognise as quite common in market and be taken advantage of, I hold.
With the fintech’s out of Z1P way too early other week, back into ISX, why do I have the feeling I’ve got that a about, holding EML and got into PPH at 3 ish. PPH just went CF +, something about facilitating faith-based donations in the ‘land of the frees’ heartland, sounds like a real financial artery to the team, numbers look pretty good.
SLC < 150 ?, volume seems solid but needs a few good days of big volume on stable SP > 150 to confirm what’s actually going on, if not I’m out.
Few other things going on but won’t bore the forum, other that the trading team has welcomed a new team member on board in garage.
Trading hound and I have been spending lot of time down South coast, in the hound’s absence his nemesis ‘the cat’ paid a visit and caught Frank (resident bluey) in the open, frank a ballsy little bloke but was a few weight levels above what would be deemed a ‘fair fight’ and was hammered, daughter intervened.
Frank has been down the back in his log since we purchased the abode some 16 years ago before the daughter born, 1st wild thing in her life and one of a few remaining constants. Bond is deep between the 2, she has been sneaking leftovers to frank since about age of 3 .
She freaked out and went all maternal, BH called her vet mate, he will live but the little bloke is getting on apparently.
The daughter has set up a little area where the hound sleeps in the garage, enclosed but Frank free to come and go at will and return to his log, but while there under the formidale protection of the trading hound. He seems to like it and intrigued by the goings on in garage.
The blue tongue being an ambush predator not lost on the team, we have discussed the value of ‘patience’ in the market on many occasions and AP’s take it to an artform.
Trading Team looking robust going into Mondays open, my FA experience, Hound's skills in the art of analysis of the sqiggly line (TA) backed in by Frank's natural patience as an ambush predator, watch out market.
Posted a vid of EC couple of weeks ago, impossible to stop at one EC song.
