We are just getting at them again Ammie . Just reviewing now and well I think freestyle is the best method with them for me so far . Just pick the weekends only is what I do for review of the entries .
They are some fun and you get lost with checking stuff and reviewing things in your own way and well also have a laugh as well listen to some good music . Just reviewing july 2017 now and getting myself into it again .

It is hard not get lost from the task that's For if you have been on the stt thread for awhile as you wander very easily I find double checking stuff seeing how stuff went etc etc

Ive just been laughing about the new entry weekend thread we have just reviewed and how im going go about it as was time we wanted get a new forward looking technical thread going with Frees stuff but well we never got it off the ground for a length of time.

But it is a stt pattern worked on through a scan that comes up with a rebating pattern if you get the right one sifting it . Its a pattern some will face and go oh sheet what happens next and for others one that goes can we trade it stt
Its a step though like a cork screw . You take one step with the cork screw the next step opens the bottle .
That's the step that's most difficult to do imo
Ive just taken that step again to open old work to be done with a bottle of Kaiken ultra Malbec from Argentina .

The first taste straight from opening smooth Has reasonable waxing on glass till getting some strong odour as it airs . Have to get the crackers and cheese out now and wait a little for it do its thing .
Woolies five crackers and slices of cheese packet .
Perfect for the time and mood to settle on a great record of having kept a bottle for more than few weeks
Open air stored so been through a bit and most recent close to us the low that sat on Townsville everything goes mouldy if your not on top of it .
The wine?
Its perfect for about fifteen bucks kept for close on year maybe longer .
2016 is the year it was bottled .
Would I love a nice steak cooked on charcoal go with it .
You bet and even a nice bread would perhaps be even better .
