Well Zest, it's done the deal in a sense. But it looks pretty hard to raise all the money that they talk about in the ann. Whether the ASX gives them the relief asked for or not (IMO).
Read today in "The Oz" that the result of the DRC Presidential election is being disputed by the second placed guy (think that the Presidential result is first-past-the-post). In the volatile DRC political environment, money will be difficult to raise. After all, why did Anglo Gold Ashanti abandon the project after spending all that money?
No criticism meant: just raising the question, relevant IMO only. And thanks for pointing out the VEC ann.
