Good Afternoon STTers! Hope everyone had a good weekend, and sleep ins!


A quick and newbie question if I may...

I'm seeing "COMSEC NOMINEES PTY LIMITED" on a company register alongside other entity names i.e. individuals as per their CHESS, or company names i.e. people companies/super funds etc.

Would I be correct in assuming that if i see COMSEC NOMINEES PTY LIMITED appear in a company register, that is comsec itself actually buying and selling shares, and not a representative holding on behalf of retail investors (e.g. like you would normally see in "broker data"). I assume any and all retail investors show up as individuals and none of them would be through 'comsec'.

If anybody is able to comment or confirm this for me I would be very grateful!
