So if Herb is up for it this year .  Being winner last year once we get the names up he can raffle the tickets in the hat for the picks of the horses .

I will still do the donation of a dollar bet on the winner and they get the selection of their charity donation.

So dollar on twenty four horses winner takes all no second thirds as would cost me more if the low priced favourite wins .
